With over a decade of experience in finance, real estate, and construction, she knows the ins and outs of the industry and loves helping clients navigate their financial journey with confidence. Holding a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking, Marketing and Business Administration, Jen is passionate about educating her clients, ensuring they understand their options and feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys long weekends and attending motorsport events.

Emma has worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years. She holds a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking, Management, and a Bachelor of Laws, equipping her with a strong foundation in both financial and legal aspects of lending. Emma has a rich background in the construction and superannuation industries, bringing a wealth of experience to her clients. Known for her dedication to exceptional customer service, Emma takes pride in guiding her clients through the home loan process with clarity and confidence. When she’s not helping clients achieve their property goals, she enjoys unwinding with friends and family.
Carla Davies
Mortgage Broker
Carla is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in both the finance and business industries. With ten years of experience in business, both in Australia and abroad, Carla transitioned into the finance sector, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge and firsthand experience from purchasing and renovating her own properties. Holding a Diploma of Mortgage Broking and Finance Management, she offers clients expert guidance through every step of the mortgage process. Carla’s Diploma of Management further complements her skill set, enabling her to deliver exceptional service and a keen attention to detail.
Monece Abella
Client Services
Monece has worked with Jen since August 2021 after 5 years working for a large international bank. She has made a seamless transition to dealing with Australian banks and is enjoying the challenges the new role is presenting. Monece loves to spend quality time with her son and gardening is her ‘me time’.

Andy McGorlick
Lending Consultant
Following his career in IT, after obtaining Bachelors of Applied Science (Computing) & Business (Accounting), Andy made the move to mortgage broking in 2006. He enjoys the many relationships he has built with his clients over the years and enjoys nothing better than a tricky scenario to solve. In his spare time (haha) he plays footy (AFL Masters), goes bushwalking and potters about in the garden.

Health & Wellbeing Officer
When he’s not taking his much-needed "power naps" under someone’s desk, he’s busy ensuring everyone gets their daily dose of smiles and tail wags. Bentley takes his responsibilities seriously, from welcoming new faces to reminding us all to step outside for some fresh air (and treats).
