Jennifer McLeod
Director & Mortgage Broker
Jen has a love for all things finance and enjoys educating and empowering her clients to achieve their goals. Having grown up in Geneva, Switzerland she started as a bank teller in 2010 when relocating to Melbourne and now has a background of over 10 years in banking and finance and experience in the Real Estate and Construction industries. Jen holds a Cert IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking along with qualifications in Marketing and Business Management & Administration. She enjoys cooking and attending motorsport events.
Monece Abella
Client Services
Monece has worked with Jen since August 2021 after 5 years working for a large international bank. She has made a seamless transition to dealing with Australian banks and is enjoying the challenges the new role is presenting. Monece loves to spend quality time with her son and gardening is her ‘me time’.
Emma McTighe
Mortgage Broker
Emma has worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years. She holds a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking, Management and a Bachelor of Laws. She delivers exceptional customer service and is a sucker for the occasional gin and tonic!
Andy McGorlick
Lending Consultant
Following his career in IT, after obtaining Bachelors of Applied Science (Computing) & Business (Accounting), Andy made the move to mortgage broking in 2006. He enjoys the many relationships he has built with his clients over the years and enjoys nothing better than a tricky scenario to solve. In his spare time (haha) he plays footy (AFL Masters), goes bushwalking and potters about in the garden.
